For the Wedding Couple
We are here to make your life easier. Our process starts with a Zoom consultation to get to know each other better, learn about your vision and guestlist. We help narrow down your options, secure your wedding date, negotiate your room block contract and work to be a liason with the resort wedding coordinators as needed. Once the wedding date and room block options are secured we move into creating your wedding webpage and getting you set up and ready to invite your guests!
Custom Wedding Webpage
We build a custom wedding webpage for you! With your photos and optional wedding invitation or romance story submission, we will build a custom wedding webpage making it easy for you, and a resource for your guests.
Wedding Planning Management and Instant Messaging Tool
We utilize a project management software program for easy communication with our wedding couples. We occupy the travel section of the the planning tool while the rest is there for you to have all your wedding details in one place. Create a vision board, store all of your thoughts, ideas, contracts and photos in one place. It is up to you! Our couples use it as much or as little as their personal style demands.
Online Guestlist
We provide real time access to your guest list which you can view at any time to see who has booked and where they are in the process! Super exciting and easy!
For the Wedding Guests
Your wedding webpage will have all the details your guests need to understand their options, create a room request online, or reach out to us for assistance as needed. We are here to help everyone get to the destination and home again; arranging transportation, group Zoom departure reviews, online and app travel itinerary, on call travel assistance and more.
