We start with a free consultation to discuss the process of the wedding planning, your dream vision, potential guest count, hotel room blocks, budget and more. We do all initial calls on Zoom so that we can show you our process, plus the tools and inclusions we provide for our couples and their guests.
You could do this on your own, but why? You have enough to figure out for your wedding itself, not to mention juggling your career, family and social needs and just plain daily life.
We are not wedding planners but we are your wedding advocates. We help you narrow down and choose the perfect location, connecting you and often acting as liason with the resort wedding planner. The actual planning details of your wedding are between you and your wedding planner.
We are your destination wedding travel specialist. Our focus is on your wedding location, resort selection, room block contracts, your travel as well as your guests; helping everyone get there on time, without issue and providing on call support where needed. We cover the details of things like how will your guests get your wedding information? How do they book and make payments? What are the resort booking and cancellation terms? Who do I talk to if there is an emergency?
We take care of the details of the group travel, so you can breathe and focus on what matters most, your love and your wedding day. We are there for you until everyone returns home with special memories of your wonderful destination wedding event.

Meet Sarah Krafty
In 2011, working as a registered nurse, Sarah, her husband and 3 children traveled to Riviera Maya, Mexico to attend the destination wedding of a neighborhood friend. Unable to get travel out if her mind, Sarah created her travel agency, Krafty Travel in early 2012. It was not intended to be a primary career decision, but shortly after, her passion for travel and helping her clients create lifelong memories took over. With the addition of Jodi Oechsle to the agency, Sarah was free to focus on Destination Weddings.
As a former registered nurse, Sarah has strong nurturing and customer service skills which make each couple and wedding guest feel cared for and supported. Sarah says, "What I love about the transition in careers is while in nursing, I helped clients during their toughest days. Now as a destination wedding travel specialist, I can help them create their best days!”
